Doug Schmidt founded CADvantage Design back in the late 90's after working several years for one of Saskatoon's top home builders. Decades later, the business has grown into a group of five Architectural Technologists that specialized in building design and drafting. It now does business without clients all around the world.
Our goal is to set the tone for a positive building experience for everyone involved and to ensure our clients get the professional plans they need. We aim to keep things clear and concise so that there’s no guesswork. We handle all the red tape so that our client can focus on making their dream a reality.
We have a reputation for providing our clients with excellent designs and easy-to-read drawings and are the preferred drafting/design firm for many contractors and sub-trades. We use the latest and cutting-edge technology so that we can provide our clients, contractors and sub-contractors with clear plans.
